A: Sure. The coach will provide instruction and practice beforehand. Remember to breathe through your mouth underwater and relax to enjoy the beauty of the underwater world.<\/strong><\/p>

Q<\/strong>: Are there age restrictions for diving?
A: Participants must be at least 12 years old and in good physical and mental health. Please review\u00a0the health declaration form<\/span><\/a>\u00a0on the website. If you have any medical concerns, consult a specialist before diving.<\/strong><\/p>

Q<\/strong>: How long does a dive typically last?
A: Underwater time is approximately 40 minutes (varies based on individual air consumption and adaptation). Including briefing, practice, return wash-up, and snack time, the total activity duration is about 2.5-3 hours. The more participants, the longer it may take, so it\u2019s recommended to arrive in swimwear or swim trunks.<\/strong><\/p>

Q<\/strong>: Can people with nearsightedness dive?
A: Yes. If you wear contact lenses, daily disposables are recommended. If you don\u2019t have contact lenses, we provide masks with corrective lenses.<\/strong><\/p>

Q<\/strong>: Can women dive during their menstrual cycle?
A: Yes. Please bring your own tampons.<\/strong><\/p>

Q<\/strong>: Can pregnant women participate in diving activities?
<\/strong>A<\/strong>: For your safety and that of your child, pregnant women should not participate.<\/strong><\/p>

Q<\/strong>: Can I drink alcohol before diving?
A: Please avoid drinking alcohol before diving and do not dive with a hangover.<\/strong><\/p>

Q<\/strong>: How long after diving can I take a flight?
A: At least 12 hours after a single dive and at least 18 hours after repetitive dives.<\/strong><\/p>

Q<\/strong>: Can I bring a waterproof camera?<\/strong><\/p>

A<\/strong>: Yes. Please handle it yourself and bring a waterproof case, lanyard, and clip. Your safety comes first while diving, and photography is secondary. Underwater photography services are also included in the introductory diving package.<\/strong><\/p>

Q<\/strong>: How should people with long hair tie it up?<\/strong>
A<\/strong>: It\u2019s recommended to tie your hair into a low ponytail below ear level to avoid interfering with wearing the mask.<\/strong><\/p>

Q<\/strong>: Do I need to apply sunscreen or lotion?
A: You\u2019ll wear a full-body wetsuit while diving, so only your face and neck will be exposed to sunlight. For the sake of marine life, please avoid applying sunscreen. Applying sunscreen to your face can also cause the mask to leak. Avoid wearing makeup before diving.<\/strong><\/p>

Q<\/strong>: Are there group discounts?
A: The safety ratio for introductory diving is one coach per two clients.
