Q: How much deposit is required?
A: After confirming the itinerary with the official Line account of the shop, please pay a 50% deposit of the total activity cost.

Q: What are the payment methods for the deposit?
A: You can pay via bank transfer or Line Pay.

Q: Will the deposit be refunded if I cancel the activity?
A: Please refer to the cancellation policy in Registration session of the official website. Please note that deposits cannot be refunded for cancellations on the day of the activity due to personal reasons.

Q: If the sea conditions are poor, can I get a refund of the deposit?
A: If the shop cancels the activity on the day due to assessed poor sea conditions, a full refund of the deposit can be arranged.

Q: Can I pay for the activity fee by credit card?
A: Currently, payments can be made using Line Pay.

Q: Why is it necessary to fill out an activity participation form?
A: Please fill out the form when making a reservation. This allows the instructor to prepare diving equipment and insurance arrangements in advance. It also helps them understand your diving experience and requirements better.
