This activity is a course that grants you your first diving certification under CMAS (World Underwater Federation). It involves professional instruction in theoretical and practical aspects, teaching you basic diving skills. Through written exams and post-course reviews, it enhances your proficiency in diving.

The CMAS One Star Diver certification is equivalent to other agencies' entry-level open water diver certifications.

  1. Small group instruction with a coach-to-student ratio of 1:4.
  2. Tailored training in 4 basic open water diving skills based on individual learning capabilities.
  3. Professional underwater video recordings provided for self-review after diving.
  1. Four days and three nights course: 14,800 NT per person. This fee includes diving course fees, diving equipment costs, course materials, and certification application fees.
  2. Additional option to add accommodation in a dive shop backpacker room: 700 NTD per night.
  • Qualifying conditions include:
  1. For prior reservation: complimentary diving accident insurance, lunch during the course intervals.
  2. For bookings of two or more: accommodation of backpacker room in the dive shop three night per person.
  1. Participants must be at least 14 years old and in good health (refer to a health declaration questionnaire )
  2. Please bring your own swimsuit and a digital copy of a valid ID photo.
  3. Course content may be adjusted by instructors based on teaching needs and weather conditions.

Course Review and Conclusion

This activity is course-based. Once you have achieved the Open Water Diver certification(Basic Open Water Diver)and wish to further enhance your diving skills, this will be your best choice. We have specially selected five expert courses that are most effective in improving diving skills, allowing you to feel completely at ease underwater after completing the courses.

The Advanced Open Water Diver certification (Two Star Open Water Diver) is equivalent to other systems' Advanced Open Water Diver certification.

  1. Small group instruction with a coach-to-student ratio of 1:4.
  2. Five specialized skill courses include Peak Performance Buoyancy, Underwater Navigation, Night Diving, Boat Diving, and Deep Diving.
  3. Boat Diving and Deep Diving specialties are conducted via boat diving.
  4. Professional underwater video recordings provided for self-review after diving.
  1. Two days and one night, the cost for a single participant is 14,800 NTD. This includes diving course fees, diving equipment costs, two tank dives from a boat, course materials, and certification application fees.
  2. Additional option to add accommodation in a dive shop backpacker room: 700 NTD per night.
  • Qualifying conditions include:
  1. For prior reservation: complimentary diving accident insurance, lunch during the course intervals.
  2. For bookings of two or more: accommodation of backpacker room in the dive shop per person one night

Course Review and Conclusion

This activity is course-based. Once you have achieved the Two Star Open Water Diver certification(Advanced Open Water Diver) and is confident in your diving skills, and wish to have the ability to respond effectively to diving emergencies, ensuring they can promptly care for any incident that may occur. This training will greatly fulfill your needs in this regard.

A Three Star Open Water Diver is equivalent to rescue divers in other system.

  1. Small group instruction with a coach-to-student ratio of 1:4.
  2. The course includes both surface rescue and scuba rescue training.
  3. Professional underwater video recordings provided for self-review after diving.
  1. Three days and two nights course: 12,000 NT per person. This fee includes diving course fees, diving equipment costs, course materials, and certification application fees.
  2. Additional option to add accommodation in a dive shop backpacker room: 700 NTD per night.
  3. Additional Full set of diving equipment rental: 1000 NT dollars per person per day
  4. Additional insurance premium for diving accidents is 175 NTD per day.
  1. Participants must hold a valid international diving certification equivalent to Two Star Open Water Diver (Advanced Open Water Diver).
  2. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and in good physical health (refer to a health declaration questionnaire )
  3. Please bring your own swimsuit and a digital copy of a valid ID photo.
  4. Participants are required to bring their own diving equipment. Rental or purchase from the shop is available, too. 
  5. Participants must have their own diving insurance. Purchase from the shop is available, too.
  6. Participants should take charge of their own meals and transportation to and from the dive shop during the course
  7. The course schedule will be arranged by the instructing coach based on the students' progress (1 theory session, 1 water proficiency test, 2 physical fitness training sessions, 1 surface rescue practice, 1 underwater rescue practice, Written exam, Review and graduation)

This activity is course-based. Once you have achieved the Three-Star Open Water Diver (Rescue Diver) certification, you'll be ready to join the diving industry. You'll gain the ability to lead certified guests on dives and assist instructors with teaching courses rated Two-Star and above. Our comprehensive training includes practical field experience to ensure you are fully prepared for a career in diving when you step into the industry.

A One-Star Open Water Diving Instructor is equivalent to assistant instructors or diving leaders in other systems.

  1. Small group instruction with a coach-to-student ratio of 1:4.
  2. A five-day diving training program.
  3. A five-day diving internship
  4. Professional underwater video recordings provided for self-review after diving.
  1. Ten days and nine nights course: ,000 NT per person. This fee includes diving course fees, diving equipment costs, course materials, and certification application fees.
  2. Additional option to add accommodation in a dive shop backpacker room: 700 NTD per night.
  3. Additional Full set of diving equipment rental: 1000 NT dollars per person per day
  4. Additional insurance premium for diving accidents is 175 NTD per day.
  1. Participants must hold a valid international diving certification equivalent to Three Star Open Water Diver (Rescue Open Water Diver).
  2. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and in good physical health (refer to a health declaration questionnaire )
  3. Please bring your own swimsuit and a digital copy of a valid ID photo.
  4. Participants are required to bring their own diving equipment. Rental or purchase from the shop is available, too. 
  5. Participants must have their own diving insurance. Purchase from the shop is available, too.
  6. Participants should take charge of their own meals and transportation to and from the dive shop during the course
  7. The course schedule will be arranged by the instructing coach based on the students' progress (5 days total: 5 theory sessions, 1 water assessment, 3 physical fitness training sessions, 6 diving training sessions, Written exam, Review and graduation)
  8. The internship schedule will be arranged by the instructing coach based on the students' progress (5 days total: 1 Discover Scuba Diving (DSD) internship, 1 Open Water (OW) internship, 1 Advanced Open Water (AOW) internship, 1 First Aid (FD) internship)

Once you have achieved the One-Star Open Water Instructor (Dive Leader) certification, you will be prepared to independently lead students towards obtaining their professional diving certifications, enabling them to explore the ocean with confidence. Our comprehensive training includes practical field experience to ensure you are fully prepared for a career in diving when you enter the industry.

A Two-Star Open Water Diving Instructor is equivalent to instructors for open water in other systems.

  1. The training schedule can be customized and adjusted according to individual needs.
  2. A local professional dive shop which can offer abundant internship opportunities.
  3. Professional underwater video recordings provided for self-review after diving.
  4. Course load can be lighten by cooperate with the training program of the dive shop.
  5. Upon certification, opportunities available for employment can be provided if interested.
