Blue Potential Dive Shop, our sister shop located in Okinawa, is managed by Coach Takeuchi, a native Japanese. He originally came to Penghu to study Chinese at a language school and met Teacher Su-Yan during his diving instructor training. He was also our diving consultant during our first year of operation, and we have a deep friendship with him. During the winter, our team of instructors visits Blue Potential to exchange diving experiences and participate in diving activities together.
