After making the payment, please notify us of the transferred account number's last 5 digital for verification. The reservation is considered complete only after confirmation.

NOTE; Please confirm the venue and schedule first, then proceed with booking and payment on the website.

  • Each participating diver is required to fill out a form.
  • Please fill in the correct date and session.
  • For friends who contact Ocean Channel directly, please select "Line" as the reservation source.
  • The day before the event, we will send SMS or messages via communication apps to remind participants of the event details again.
  • Please arrive on time at the meeting point on the day of the event. Thanks for the cooperation.
  • A full refund is available for non-personal reasons, such as if the flight or boat service does not arrive in Penghu,or if the dive shop determines that sea conditions are unsuitable for diving. There will be no handling or processing fees for the refund. 
  • If you need to change the date, you may retain the activity amount but must reschedule according to the dive shop's availability. 
  • Cancellation 21 to 30 days before departure: 90% refund of the activity fee.
  • Cancellation 11 to 20 days before departure: 80% refund of the activity fee.
  • Cancellation 4 to 10 days before departure: 70% refund of the activity fee. 
  • Cancellation 1 to 3 days before departure, 30% refund of the activity fee.
  • Cancellation on the day of departure or later, or no-show without notification:No refund of the activity fee.
