Once decide the equipment, come to the shop for appraisal and payment.
Waiting for arrival notice
- All warranties for diving equipment purchased at our store follow the manufacturer's original guidelines.
- We offer shipping services for repairs to the original manufacturer, with shipping fees charged according to the manufacturer's regulations.
- Basic on-site servicing and maintenance for diving gear are provided at our store, with fees based on the equipment's repair and maintenance requirements. Urgent service requests will be quoted upon inquiry.
- Repair costs: Annual maintenance for first stage is 1200 NTD; for second stage is 1000 NTD; for diving gauge is 500
- Parts and repair warranty period is 30 days from the date of collection after maintenance by our store.
- Warranty will be void if equipment is affected by external forces or self-disassembled after maintenance by our store.
- Beyond the parts and repair warranty period, maintenance will be treated as a new service.
- Warranty for parts is limited to those replaced by our store.
- Repairs will commence only after approval and payment for damaged parts as per the quoted price.
- A disassembly fee of 500 NT dollars applies if scuba equipment, once disassembled, is found irreparable or if the owner declines parts replacement.
- For scuba equipment sent for repair or maintenance, our store is not liable for damages caused by corrosion of the equipment itself during disassembly.
